Causal dining is in danger and Millennials are to blame. TGI Fridays, Ruby Tuesday and Applebee’s are facing sales slumps and dozens of restaurant closures. The Buffalo Wild Wings CEO says, it’s because Millennials prefer cooking at home, ordering delivery and eating quick meals like fast food or quick serve restaurants.
