Long-Time Davidson Police Chief Says She’s Retiring

DAVIDSON, NC — Police Chief Jeanne Miller says she will retire at the end of the month.

City leaders held a reception Tuesday night at the Davidson Town Hall to say thank you to Chief Miller for her years of service. Miller has held the position since 2005, and is the first woman to hold the job.

Miller’s replacement has not been announced, but the town of Davidson has hired a recruiting firm in Huntersville to help with the search.
