SALISBURY, NC – The City of Salisbury has canceled the planned Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parade scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18 due to forecasted rain.
Th city says the Community Resource Fair will proceed as planned. It is from 11:30am to 1:30 pm Saturday at the Civic Center.
According to a news release, the fair will feature free food, school supplies, and information from local community agencies.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend.
