UPDATE: Barbara Jean Brooks has been located safe at a local credit union.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are looking for a 68-year-old woman with cognitive issues who was last seen early Tuesday.
Police say Barbara Brooks was last seen around 1:30pm leaving her home on Clanton Road. Brooks has cognitive issues and may be disoriented, according to officials.
Brooks is described as a black female, 5’3″, 100lbs, brown eyes, and a black afro.
Anyone with information on Brooks’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
