CHARLOTTE, NC — Police need help locating Maurice Foster after he cut off his electronic monitor Monday.
Foster is wanted on charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injuries, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device. Foster was last known to be in the Highlake Drive off The Plaza in east Charlotte.
Foster is described as a 31-year-old black male, 6’4″, and 180lbs.
