Alfalfa sprouts recalled due to possible listeria

RIVER FALLS, WI — A company based in River Falls Wisconsin is recalling its five ounce packages of alfalfa sprouts because it may be contaminated with listeria. The company is, “Jack and the Green Sprouts.”
The alfalfa sprouts had an expiration date of January 29.
So far, no one has become sick. Health officials say if consumers have the product, they should throw it out.
