Hyundai Hope On Wheels Donates $50K To Levine Children’s Hospital
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Hyundai Hope on Wheels awarded the Levine Children’s Hospital a $50,000 check to go towards cancer research.
Some of the cancer patients even got to put their hand print on the Hope on Wheels vehicle. Β The money will go to fund research into home chemotherapy treatment for Lukemia.
Currently, each treatment requires a four to five day stay in the hospital. Β This donation is part of $15 million being given to 68 different children’s hospitals this year.
Hyundai has given over $130 million to cancer research since 1998. Β Their ultimate goal is to find a cure for childhood cancer.
