CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Widen I-77 , the group looking to stop the controversial toll lanes project, is holding a town hall meeting today to give it’s response to Mercator Advisors preliminary report on the toll lane project.
It’s been more than a year since Widen I-77 has met.
NC-DOT hired Mercator to study the impact of terminating the 50-year agreement with Cintra, the company building the toll lanes.
Tonight’s meeting is a 7 p.m. tonight at the Cornelius town hall.
