LINCOLNTON, NC — A Denver man confessed to having child pornography after a cyber-tip led investigators to his home Thursday.
Benjamine Lineberger, 25, has been charged with five felony counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Child.
According to officials, deputies received a cyber-tip in early July that mentioned a Lincoln County resident uploading child pornography. Investigators then executed a search warrant on Lineberger’s home Thursday, according to reports, where he confessed to possessing child pornography.
Lineberger has been placed under a $100,000 secured bond.
