CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested a man for breaking into Independence High School overnight.
Investigators say Jay Choi broke into the school around 1:30am Thursday. Authorities were alerted by an alarm system at the school on Patriot Drive in southeast Charlotte.
The suspect was caught by police and in possession of Apple iPads and other computer accessories, according to a police report.
He has been charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
