CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are seeking assistance in locating Stephen Wayne Wilburn.
Wilburn is Wanted for Four Counts of Breaking into Motor Vehicle, Larceny After Break-in, Possession of Stolen Property, Damage to Property, and Interfering With an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Wilburn was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release.
On August 18th, 2017, Wilburn cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of Leland Street, Charlotte.
