See The Path For The 2024 Solar Eclipse

Did you miss 2017’s total solar eclipse? No worries, you can start planning for the next one in 2024.

People who missed the total solar eclipse will get the change to see it again on April 8, 2024. The shadow of the moon will block out the sun across part of the United States but this time it will run from Texas to Maine.

See the path of the 2024 eclipse here:

An annular solar eclipse will happen on October 14, 2023.  It has been given the nickname ‘Ring of Fire.’

The ‘Ring of Fire’ will be visible from California to Texas and across Central and South America.

During an annular solar eclipse, the moon is not as close to the Earth so it will not be big enough to block out all the light from the sun.

On August 12, 2045, the United States will see another solar eclipse from Northern California to Florida.  The 2045 solar eclipse will be the longest total solar eclipse to happen anywhere in the world until 2114.
