FERGUSON, MO — New video gives another look at what happened immediately after an unarmed teen was shot and killed by an officer in Ferguson, Missouri. Two contractors who happened to be in the area say they saw what led up to Michael Brown’s death.
The men you see in this cellphone video were about 50 feet away from Michael Brown and Officer Darren Wilson. They say they didn’t hear the officer tell Brown to get on the ground, but did see him fire several shots, even though Brown’s hands were in the air.
Police say Brown had a confrontation with Wilson and reached for the officer’s gun. A grand jury is investigating the case and will determine whether Wilson will face charges.
