EDGE On The Clock: Less Dieting Could Mean More Weight Loss

CHARLOTTE, NC — Researchers in Australia say less dieting could mean more weight loss.

The researchers followed a group of obese men who cut calories for two weeks, and then ditched their diet for two weeks. The guys lost nearly 50% more weight than men who dieted the entire time.

Those same guys also gained back less weight after the study was over.
