STATESVILLE, N.C. — Authorities in Statesville, North Caroina, are asking for assistance locating a missing teen.
Destiny Danielle Engle, 16, of 126 Colonial Heights Lane, in Statesville, was reported missing on September 22, 2017.

Engle is about five feet tall and 140 pounds. She is described as having reddish brown braided hair, possibly down to her waist, and black frame glasses with hoop earrings.
She was last seen walking toward Old Mountain Road wearing gray jeans with plaid red and blue shirt and black Nike high-top shoes.
Destiny is entered as missing in the national database system as well as the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. If anyone has any information to the location of Destiny is asked to call the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office at 704-878- 3180.
