The Science Behind Public Displays of Affection
Science says there’s a reason why couples cuddle and kiss out in the open, but not everyone is comfortable with public displays of affection.
A new study by the Journal Of Sex Research says only 32% of women and 37% of men admit to doing it and most stop after college.
According to the same study, men and women who are open to locking lips in public do it for different reasons.
More than half of the women wanted to be seen with kissing a partner to make others jealous, while the majority of men say they want to boost their public image.
