CHARLOTTE, N.C.Β βΒ CMPD an investigating a fatal crash that happened overnight in north Charlotte.
It happened just before midnight in the 7400 block of Old Statesville Road, approximately 1.5 miles south of West W.T. Harris Boulevard.
Medic said one person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were transported, one with serious injuries and another with non-life-threatening injuries.
No additional details about the crash have been released at this time.
All lanes of Old Statesville Road were closed in the area at the time but have since reopened.
