Brittany Eller is accused of setting a Gaston Co. home on fire with a person inside.
GASTON CO., NC – A woman is accused of setting a home on fire near Bessemer City with a person inside.
Gaston County Police arrested Brittany Nicole Mims Eller on Sunday.
Police were called to a home on Jim Clark Drive around 2:30 in the afternoon about an arson case.
Investigators determined Eller set the fire and arrested her.
She is charged with 1st-degree arson and attempted 1st-degree murder.
Eller is being held in the Gaston County Jail under $500,000 bond.
There is no information on the person who was inside the house or why Eller may have wanted to hurt them.
