LAS VEGAS, NV — A GoFundMe account created to help the victims and their families of Sunday’s concert massacre has already raised more than $1 million.
The account was created by Steve Sisolak, the Clark County Commission Chair from Las Vegas. During a news conference Monday evening, officials said the death toll had reached 59, and 527 were injured.
Officials offered thanks to the community and country for their outpouring of support and willingness to help.
Donations raised through the GoFundMe account will be used to provide relief and financial support to the victims and families of the deadliest mass shooting in modern history.
