CHARLOTTE, NC– CMPD and members of the NC Local Barbers Association with host a rally in Freedom Park this weekend.
The “Arms Around Charlotte” event will give people the opportunity to come together and discuss the positive direction and importance of people working together.
The rally will be held Sunday, July 12th at 3 p.m.
