CONCORD, N.C. — Authorities are looking for a juvenile who they say escaped form a juvenile detention center.
According to the Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice, De’Vazea G., who is from Mecklenburg County, ran from Cabarrus Juvenile Detention Center in Concord.

He was scheduled to appear in court before he went missing around 11:00 a.m.
He was last seen wearing a white Chicago Bulls tee shirt, gray sweatpants and black shoes.
