Police Look For Answers After Violent Indian Trail Home Invasion

INDIAN TRAIL, NC — Police are trying to determine whether suspects targeted a family because they’re Asian during a violent home invasion Tuesday night.

Detectives say the two suspects forced their way into the home just before 10pm and hit two men in the head with a gun. They also fired a shot into the side of the home during the incident.

Police say it isn’t clear whether the suspects took any items from the home at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (704) 283-5600.
