CHARLOTTE, N.C. β CMPD says 27-year-old Najee Pendergrass was shot and killed early Saturday morning at a food truck lot off Freedom Drive in West Charlotte.
Around 2:40 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to the 2400 block of Freedom Drive. When police arrived, they found Pendergrass had been shot multiple times in the parking lot where food trucks serve food late at night.Β
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Medic.
