NBA Hornets star Grant Williams partners with Char-Meck Library for summer reading program

CHARLOTTE, NC – This year, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library has teamed up with the Grant Williams Family Foundation to present Summer Reading. The literacy program runs from June 14 through August 16 and is intended to promote the importance of reading, and to encourage reading for all ages.

To further incentivize the joy of reading, participants will receive a coupon for a FREE Jr. Frosty from Wendy’s just for signing up and can earn more prizes as they continue reading.

Live to Learn Reading Literacy is one of the initiative promoted by the  The Grant Williams Family Foundation (GWFF).

It’s aimed at kids in grades 5-8 to help advance reading levels and nurturing a passion for learning.
