4 Catawba County mass shooting suspects expected in court Monday

CATAWBA COUNTY, NC —Four suspects involved in a mass shooting in Catawba County will be in court Monday. 

Toland Huff Junior, Zachary Bates, Izaiah Mitchell, and Ke’andre Mack are facing a judge after more charges were added on Friday.

The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office said  they received an additional 10 counts of attempted first degree murder – that brings the total to 11 for each of them.

One person was killed and 11 others were injured in the shooting at a home on Walnut Acres Drive June 1st.
