Man Wanted For Murder In Charlotte Added To FBI’s “Most Wanted List”
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The FBI announced the addition of Alejandro “Alex” Castillo to its “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. Castillo, Ahmia Feaster and Sandy Le were all reported missing in August. Police say the three worked together at a Showmars restaurant in Charlotte.
Le’s body was discovered a short time later in a wooded area off Robinson Church Road in Cabarrus County.
Investigators say Feaster and her boyfriend, Castillo, were the primary suspects in the case. According to reports, Castillo allegedly killed Le, stole her car, and then fled to Mexico with Feaster.
Feaster eventually turned herself into authorities in Mexico and was extradited to Charlotte to face charges of Accessory After the Fact of Murder and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. Castillo is still believed to be in Mexico.
An autopsy confirmed that Le was shot in the head. Felipe Ulloa was also charged in connected to the case. Ulloa was arrested and charged with Accessory After the Fact of Murder, according to police. CMPD says investigators determined Ulloa was involved with the case and issued warrants for his arrest, but have not released any specifics.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the direct arrest of Castillo.
