CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person died in a car crash on I-85 in north Charlotte early Saturday morning.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. on I-85 South near West Sugar Creek Road.
Medic responded and pronounced one person dead at the scene.
No additional details about the crash have been made available at this time.
I-85 South was closed for over two hours but reopened around 7 a.m.
