Man arrested in connection to May shooting in Salisbury
SALISBURY, N.C. – A Salisbury man is in jail, charged in connection with a shooting that happened back in May.
Authorities executed a search warrant earlier this week at a residence on South Ellis Street. Inside, officers located Tashawn Robinson, 19, who was accused of being involved in a shooting at 1302 Tabernacle Street on May 13.
Robinson has been charged with robbery, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and being in possession of a stolen gun. He was also wanted for unrelated robbery charges out of Cabarrus County.
He is being held without bond at the Rowan County Detention Center.
