ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Police say a Georgia man arrested for driving without a license had four pounds of high grade marijuana inside the trunk of his vehicle.Β
Investigators say they stopped 39-year-old Alfred Morgan for a moving violation early Tuesday morning.Β
Morgan did not have a valid driver’s license and had three outstanding warrants for his arrest.Β After Morgan was in police custody, detectives found the pot in the trunk.Β
He has been charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operator’s license and three counts of failure to appear.Β He was given a $12,335 bond.
