CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have arrested three teens for their involvement in a series of armed robberies that happened in Charlotte.Β
Investigators say Etavious Davis, Japaul Mobley and Deshawn Mobley were involved in several robberies in April in east Charlotte.Β
On Saturday, an off-duty police officer noticed a suspicious vehicle and notified cops.Β The vehicle was pulled over and police took the three suspects into custody.Β After interviewing the suspects, police charged them with the following charges:
Etavious Davis-robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and resist, obstruct and delay.Β
Deshawn Mobley-robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed weapon.
Japaul Mobley-two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and financial card theft
