CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A second Confederate monument has been vandalized in Uptown Charlotte.
Someone used concrete to deface the monument near Memorial Stadium on North Kings Drive. No suspects have been arrested in the case.
This is the second Confederate monument that was vandalized in Charlotte in as many days. Someone sprayed painted “Racist” on a Confederate monument at Old City Hall on Trade Street. No arrests have been made in that case either.
