Someone used concrete to deface the monument near Memorial Stadium on North Kings Drive. Β No suspects have been arrested in the case. Β
This is the second Confederate monument that was vandalized in Charlotte in as many days. Β Someone sprayed painted “Racist” on a Confederate monument at Old City Hall on Trade Street. Β No arrests have been made in that case either.
