CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities have identified the man found shot to death in his home Friday morning.
The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office says at about 1:59 a.m. on Friday, November 24, 2017 deputies responded to reports of a shooting at a residence on Snow Creek Road in Hickory, N.C., where they found 25-year-old Adrian Ramirez dead.
Reports indicate that someone shot into the home striking Ramirez twice and killing him while he was asleep.
The case is still under investigation.
