Look out, there are a lot of angry drivers in North Carolina. A new report says in just four years road rage has caused 55,000 crashes in the state. Let’s break down the numbers….

80% of drivers say they drive aggressively.
51% say they have been tailgated.
33% admit to making angry gestures.

There have been a lot of road rage incidents here in Charlotte. The latest happened earlier this month in West Charlotte, police say a driver was killed because of road rage on Freedom Drive.

North Carolina doesn’t have a specific law for road rage… back in April, lawmakers considered a bill that would have tougher penalties for it. Should road rage be a crime?
