Edge On The Clock: Student Blows Through $90,000 College Fund

A 22-year-old college junior told an Atlanta radio show it’s not really her fault she blew through a $90,000 college fund from her grandparents.  Kim said she has no way to cover her remaining $20,000 of tuition.

She used the money for school clothes, spring break trips, and a trip to Europe.  The girl said her parents never taught her to budget and should cough up the tuition money from their retirement account.  What would you tell her?
