Forecast:
Tonight: Mostly clear. Highs in the upper 50s.
Thursday: Sunny. Highs in the low to mid 80s.
Friday: Sunny. Highs in the low to mid 80s.
Saturday: A beautiful weekend, but very warm. Highs in the upper 80s.
Sunday: Another dry day with highs flirting with 90°.
Tropics:
Today is the first time since 2016 without an active tropical system in the Atlantic on the climatological peak of the hurricane season. But, not so fast. There is now a new area in the far eastern Atlantic. This wave is still over Africa, but will try to organize as it heads over the Atlantic. We will watch it.
