CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A bullet struck an ambulance in Uptown Charlotte while emergency crews were transporting a patient to a local hospital.
The gunfire struck the MEDIC truck at the intersection of Trade Street and Davidson Street around 2:30am Thursday, September 25th.
No one was injured and the patient was taken to the hospital for treatment for an unrelated illness, according to MEDIC.
