Scattered Showers Through The Weekend, Watching The Tropics
Possible impacts from what will become Imelda early next week
While it is not a slam dunk, chances of Imelda impacting the Carolina coast are increasing. There are still a few models that take this system out to sea, but nothing is off the table yet. If we see impacts, they will come early to mid week next week. It is too soon to talk about specific impacts.

More on the tropics:
– Tropical Storm Humberto is forecast to become a hurricane soon. This system will likely strengthen, but there is a high chance it remains offshore. This could impact the strength and direction of what will soon become Imelda.
