Man charged in Rock Hill shooting
ROCK HILL, S.C. – A man is facing charges after a deadly shooting in Rock Hill on Wednesday.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. at a home on Mandarin Drive.
When officers arrived, police said they located a woman with a gunshot wound. She was transported to a nearby hospital where she died.
Following an investigation, detectives have arrested 35-year-old William Robinson. He has been charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a weapon by a person convicted of certain crimes.
Police said Robinson and the victim knew each other, and that the incident escalated following an argument.
This case is still under investigation.
