PORTLAND, ME – Teri Ross of Porland, Main isn’t your typical panhandler on the street holding a sign. Teri is a panhandler with a purpose. On her sign is a very important message – “Don’t text and drive.”
Ross admits she also asks for money, but her driving safety PSA is what catches people’s attention.
