Journey coming to Charlotte in 2026 on farewell tour

Legendary rock band Journey will perform at the Spectrum Center in 2026 as part of its farewell tour.

β€œIt’s been an incredible ride,” added Jonathan Cain, β€œWe’ve shared our music with millions and this tour is about gratitude, connection and one last chance to feel that magic together. We wouldn’t want it any other way.”

Journey will be performing in the Queen City on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The band, founded in 1973 with 25 gold and platinum albums, will be on the road in 60 cities across the United States and Canada from Feb. 28 until July 2 on its AEG-promoted “Final Frontier Tour.”

It’s a full-circle celebration of the music that’s brought us all together.”

The legendary band will also take the stage on May 18 in Columbia, South Carolina and on May 21 in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets in the United States beginning Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 10 a.m.Β
