CHARLOTTE, NC — A ‘Behavior Modification Technician’ at Ridge Road Middle School is facing several charges including sexual exploitation of a minor. 
Henry Dillard, 50, of Concord, is charged with 1st Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and Felony Disseminate Obscenity.
Officials with CMS say Dillard was suspended with pay on January 12th. He has served in various capacities within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools system since November of 2005.
According to his employment history, Dillard was a Behavior Modification Tech at the Northwest School of the Arts from Nov. 2005 to June 2006, a non-certified substitute for CMS from March 2010 to January 2011, an Exceptional Children’s Assistant at Lincoln Heights Elementary from August 2006 to August 2011, a Behavior Support Tech at James Martin Middle from August 2011 to August 2015, a Behavior Support Tech at Quail Hollow Middle from August 2015 to December 2017, and a Behavior Modification Tech at Ridge Road Middle from December 2017 to present.
He is scheduled to appear in court on February 9th.
