The Edge: Stay at home mom wants more “allowance” from her husband

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- A husband is asking the Reddit community if he went too far with his wife. He wrote in a post that his stay at home wife (who is also a mom) felt poor, after seeing other shoppers at the mall. According to him, she said, “You should’ve seen all those people with a lot of bags spending $800+ and here I was spending only $100- I felt poor.” To which he replied, “Well if you feel poor maybe it’s time for you to get a job.”
