144 cases connected to South Carolina measles outbreak
The measles outbreak in Upstate South Carolina keeps spreading.
As of Saturday, itβs up to 144 cases with nine new cases reported since Tuesday.
Four of them are connected to household members of known cases.
There are currently 224 people in quarantine.
Health experts say the best way to prevent the measles is to get vaccinated.
