CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A teenager has been arrested after allegedly firing a gun outside Northlake Mall Saturday night.
Julsan Hasaan Clyburn, 17, is charged with Discharging a Firearm in City Limits, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

CMPD officers responded to reports of shots fired outside the mall around 9:37 p.m. Saturday night. Police located Clyburn outside the mall in possession of the handgun.
The mall was closed and no one was injured.
