The Edge: Matthew McConaughey moves to trademark “Alright, alright, alright” and more

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Actor Matthew McConaughey has taken a major step to protect his legacy. The Oscar-winning actor trademarked himself in an effort to fight back against unauthorized artificial-intelligence misuse.

The Wall Street Journal reports that McConaughey has gotten eight trademark applications approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
