“Parted,” hair exhibit opens today in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, NC- Located in Camp North End, DUPP&SWAT proudly presents PARTED, a multisensory hair exhibit celebrating the artistry, history, and cultural significance of Black hair.
The exhibit is curated by Cheryse Terry, Dr. Davita Galloway and Nadia Meadows.
PARTED is taking place January 19β25, 2026, and is an invite for the community to experience Black hair and all it has to offer.
