Spring Forward is a repertory concert showcasing two world premieres and two great works from previous seasons. “Lingua” is a new collaborative work in which artistic and executive director Caroline Calouche will explore how communication has developed over the centuries. The other premiere, “Black Coffee,” will be spearheaded by Calouche and Nita B, a jazzy-blues singer and notable Charlottean. Spring Forward will also feature Calouche‘s solo “Le Moment du Partir”, and “Taking Flight” performed by Jamie Larkin and Michelle McMurray.
