Would You Be Cool With Year-Round Daylight Saving Time?

It’s that time of the year again.
Time to spring forward and change your clock.
Daylight saving time starts Sunday.
That means at 2:00 AM, the time will skip ahead an hour to 3:00 AM.
The clocks on our computers and smartphones will automatically change, but it will take longer for our body clocks to adjust.
Sleep loss can lead to health issues, depression and can make you less productive at work and school.
Plus, studies show car crashes and work-related accidents spike the week after the time change.

Florida may do away with the time change altogether.
Lawmakers passed a bill this week to make Daylight Saving Time last all-year long.
The bill still needs Florida Governor Rick Scott’s signature and approval from Congress before becoming a law.
