Gov. Stein on Monday urges people to remain vigilant post-storm

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – With the frigid cold sticking around, North Carolina Governor Josh Stein is warning residents to stay vigilant. On Monday, the governor said North Carolinians should stay off the roads unless travel is absolutely necessary.

He said, “If you have to be on the roads, (and) we hope you don’t have to travel, but if you do, go slow, give a lot of distance to the cars in front of you.”
