CHARLOTTE, NC – After closely monitoring weather conditions,Β Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026.
School start times and bus pickups will begin two hours later than usual.
All beforeβschool programs (BSEP) will also operate on a two-hour delay.
Afterβschool programs (ASEP), athletic events, and Community Use of Schools activities will operate on a normal schedule.
